OLOMOUC UNIVERZITY SOCIAL HEALTH INSTITUTE (OUSHI)

 

OUSHI provides general support for research and
education in the area of social aspects of health. OUSHI
focuses on research of psychological, social and spiritual
determinants of health, epidemiology and public health.

The purpose of OUSHI
• conducting national and international research which
primarily focuses on the social and psychological
determinants of the health of individuals and groups
• educating students and young scholars, providing supervising
activities, training supervisors
• providing counselling services for academics, students
and other people in the areas of health psychology and
phenomenology of health
