MEDIS:ON se zam\u011b\u0159uje se na zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed dopad\u016f um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence na spole\u010dnost a vn\u00edm\u00e1 um\u011blou inteligenci jednak jako n\u00e1stroj k roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed, jednak jako v\u00fdzvu spojenou s prohlubuj\u00edc\u00ed se digit\u00e1ln\u00ed propast\u00ed, \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00edm konspirac\u00ed a deepfakes a nedostate\u010dn\u00fdm rozvojem AI gramotnosti. \n\t\t\t\t\tProjekt TECHSCALE se zam\u011b\u0159uje na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed dvou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch glob\u00e1ln\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f: zm\u011bny klimatu a energetick\u00e9 krize, a pot\u0159eby rychl\u00e9 diagnostiky a l\u00e9\u010dby nemoc\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s antimikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed rezistenc\u00ed. V kontextu zm\u011bny klimatu podporuje c\u00edle Evropsk\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 dohody, kter\u00e1 si klade za c\u00edl sn\u00ed\u017eit emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f o 55 % do roku 2030. Projekt tak\u00e9 podporuje zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed pod\u00edlu obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie, kter\u00e9 v roce 2020 \u010dinily pouze 22 % celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eby energie v EU. Druh\u00fd glob\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9m, na kter\u00fd se TECHSCALE zam\u011b\u0159uje, je pot\u0159eba rychl\u00e9, selektivn\u00ed a citliv\u00e9 diagnostiky n\u011bkter\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed (nap\u0159. pandemie SARS-CoV-2) a v\u00fdvoj terapeutick\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u016f na boj s antimikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed rezistenc\u00ed, kter\u00e1 v roce 2019 zp\u016fsobila v\u00edce ne\u017e 5 milion\u016f \u00famrt\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. WHO p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee do roku 2050 bude antimikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed rezistence p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 milion\u016f \u00famrt\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b a stane se hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed. Projekt TECHSCALE zahrnoval 36 partner\u016f ze 14 zem\u00ed a byl \u0161iroce interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed. \n\t\t\t\t\tPandemie COVID-19 odhalila na\u0161i nep\u0159ipravenost na glob\u00e1ln\u00ed epidemie, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e statistiky WHO ukazuj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 770 milion\u016f p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f a t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 7 milion\u016f \u00famrt\u00ed do za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2024. Tyto ud\u00e1losti ukazuj\u00ed na nutnost p\u0159ipravit se na podobn\u00e9 hrozby v budoucnu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e mezi hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy pat\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdvoj nov\u00fdch virov\u00fdch infekc\u00ed a rostouc\u00ed antibiotick\u00e1 rezistence, kter\u00e1 dle WHO do roku 2050 povede k v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 milion\u016fm \u00famrt\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b. Projekt INTERVIR reaguje na tyto v\u00fdzvy a zam\u011b\u0159uje se na v\u00fdvoj antivirov\u00fdch a antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, diagnostiku z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed efekty protein\u016f a peptid\u016f a anal\u00fdzu dopad\u016f pandemie na jedince a jeho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. The implementation of the activities will improve the competencies of teachers in Czech schools. They will gain a basic awareness of the possibilities of dealing with crises<\/b> and, above all, knowledge of how to prevent such situations. The project also includes the validation of this model from psychological, ethical, economic, spiritual, social, and legal perspectives. The aim is to conduct research in remote psychosocial support for paediatric and adult palliative care patients who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. At that time, it was difficult to provide palliative care from a healthcare perspective to patients when they were in-home care and, conversely, to connect family members with the patient in a healthcare facility due to strict visitation bans, leaving patients dying without the opportunity to say goodbye to loved ones. Time is of the essence in palliative care when it cannot be postponed until after epidemiological measures have passed. We are preparing all necessary documents regarding the ethical\/legal aspects of the study and research management. We provide suitable facilities and equipment (cameras, tape recorders) to train the counsellors and the research experiment itself. We also develop the diagnostic and measurement tools we intend to use in the research in collaboration with experts. \n\t\t\t\t\tAccording to surveys, one of five Czechs<\/b> suffers from some form of mental illness and up to half of the patients develop symptoms before the age of 14. The National Action Plan for Mental Health, therefore, defines the need for early prevention in schools. Prevention in the Czech Republic focuses mainly on behavioural manifestations such as bullying, truancy, drugs, etc., but universally targeted mental health prevention is not systematically available. The solution is the creation of so-called multidisciplinary teams consisting of child psychiatrists, psychologists, special education pedagogues, social workers, and nurses.

\nThe project aims to improve the situation of children and adolescents at risk of developing, escalating, or chronification of mental health problems. Through the MD team and in cooperation with schools and other professionals, we aim to create a supportive network of services in the Pardubice and Olomouc regions. There, we will test the MDT format on at least 200 cases dealt with in schools, establishing long-term cooperation.

\nBased on the experience of the foreign partner of the project, the care provided by the MDT will be qualitatively different from the care that is available within the current service system in the Czech Republic. The MDT services will also cover areas outside the health sector. Our project will put in place measures to guide the integration of health care and registered social services<\/b> into one targeted service. An integral part of the project will be educational activities<\/b> to destigmatize the issue and reflect on the most pressing areas of children's mental health viewed from the perspective of schools, teachers and parents, and the children themselves.\n\nFor this part of the project, we will use the DIPEx methodology<\/b> developed at Oxford University<\/i>, which uses in-depth interviews. The originality of this solution lies in the involvement of the participants in the creation of a reliable online source of information.<\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
